You are responsible for ensuring that you have a sufficient balance in your account to cover any transaction fees associated with cryptocurrency conversions.

GAMING AND BETTING TERMSAll games and betting options offered on the Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our House Rules and Game Rules (collectively referred to as "Gaming Policies"). You agree to be bound by our Gaming Policies when using the services provided by the Platform.

7. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND RULESYou must comply with all wagering requirements and rules associated with any bonus, promotion, or other offer made available by us. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYOur liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of your net deposits made into your account.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as further provided below.

15. TERMINATIONWe reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to suspected cheating, collusion, or other forms of abuse, as determined in our sole discretion.

16. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions may be amended or changed from time to time, with or without notice to you. By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment or change, you acknowledge that you have accepted such changes.

17. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDINGYou acknowledge that you understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them when using our services.

By accessing, using, or benefiting from the services offered by the Platform, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, please refrain from using the Platform.
